1) What are the countries, modes, deadlines and delivery costs?
To follow your order (freed in a followed letter) : just open your Order shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking number (do not hesitate to consult your spam, if it is not in your reception box)
2) In which case do you accept returns?
We accept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
The product must be intact and not worn, and in its original packaging.
The return costs are your responsibility.
3) How to make my return?
First of all, if you have any doubt about the use of one of our products, do not hesitate to contact us at the following address contact@latelierdeva.com
If however you want to return a product to us, Vwhere the approach:

1) Place the unreal product and in its original packaging in a secure bubble envelope, including a sheet with your contact details and the control number.

2) Send the item to the following address (posting in letter followed at your expense):

We recommend that you choose a postage with a tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any complaints.
If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, the refund cannot be made.
Please do not penalize if La Poste is responsible for a delay in delivery, which is the case in 99% of cases!
